I/ We (hereinafter called the “Visitor or Client” which expression shall wherever the context so admits include its successors-in-title and assigns) hereby consent as follows:
(1.) I hereby inform you of my intention and decision to proceed to transfer of funds from my bank account to IBR-GLOBAL MARKETS LTD (the “Introducing Broker” or the “IB”) (the “Transfer”).
OR
(2.) I hereby inform that I have already proceeded to transfer of funds from my bank account to IBR-GLOBAL MARKETS LTD (“Introducing Broker” or “IB”) (the “Transfer”).
I acknowledge and accept that this is done so on my instruction without any investment advice or incentive by the broker and that the broker is not responsible for advising on such matters.
I understand, acknowledge and agree that, in the event that funds are transferred from my bank account to the IB, the IB will, upon receiving such funds, be assigned full custody of such funds for the entire amount and will have all rights thereof, and I shall hold the broker harmless of, and shall indemnify the broker against, any and all claims to such funds upon proper credit into a recipient account (the “Recipient Account”).
I understand, acknowledge and agree that the broker is not liable for any issues that may be caused in respect to mismanagement of the funds sent by me to the IB, such as, but not limited to, non-payment of the funds that I may request through a withdrawal request. I also acknowledge and accept that the in case I would like to make a withdrawal of the funds I have invested with the broker, the IB is exclusively responsible to arrange for the amount for this withdrawal to be transferred to my bank account, and that the broker’s sole responsibility is to arrange for this amount to be transferred according to all the relevant procedures followed by the broker for withdrawals, to the Recipient Account.
I understand, acknowledge and agree that the IB is not allowed to have access to or manage my Account (including but not limited to requesting for withdrawals), and has no right to proceed to any actions through my Account.
I acknowledge, certify and confirm that the funds I am intending to send to the broker or have already arranged to be sent to the broker have not been generated by any criminal or illegal activity.
Unless otherwise authorized by me in writing, this Consenting Form should remain valid and effective, unless altered by me in accordance with the Terms and Conditions by IBR-GLOBAL MARKETS LTD.
I understand, acknowledge and agree that the broker is under no obligation to accept this Consenting Form. I also acknowledge and accept that a situation may arise due to regulatory change which means that the broker or IBR-GLOBAL MARKETS LTD may amend such terms to meet regulatory requirements without notice.
I hereby confirm that I fully consent to the Transfer as per above.
